01Before the POC
Start every POC prepared
Agree what the client will prove before day one. Pick the people it goes to, and the pre workshop email fills in their minimum requirements and success criteria from what you already know.

Tasks, evidence and reports for every proof of value. Read from your inbox, approved by you.
Works with Gmail and Google Calendar, read only

Read from Priya’s email

Reads Gmail and Google Calendar, read only. It never sends, changes or deletes.
You approve what goes on the record. Tasks, criteria, contacts and stages wait for you in Updates.
Private to you. Every task it proposes quotes the email it came from.
Thanks for yesterday. The team liked how fast the asset import ran.
Could you send the SSO test plan before Thursday’s call? Our IAM lead wants to review it first.
For the people who prove it works
Pick the client and who it goes to. Names, dates, criteria and open questions fill in. Emails you keep sending are spotted and offered as templates. You send it yourself.
01Before the POC
Agree what the client will prove before day one. Pick the people it goes to, and the pre workshop email fills in their minimum requirements and success criteria from what you already know.

02During the POC
SE Desk reads each client's mail and meetings, each time you run it, and proposes what changed: what they asked, what you promised, the reply you still owe. Each task comes with its quote.

03At the decision
Record the proof against each criterion as the client tests: the test run, the recording, who signed it off. When the decision meeting comes, the POC outcome is already written.

04After the win
When you win, Customer Success gets everything: what was proved, who was involved, what was promised and what is still open.

“What’s stalled this week?” “Draft my Friday report.” Ask from Claude and get the answer from your own records. It acts as you, and sees only what you can see.
Two POCs need a push:
Discovery to Decision. A deal that goes quiet is marked on the board, so it gets a call before it gets lost.

Every task has an owner: you, the AE, the client, a partner or the CSM. Only your own overdue tasks count against a POC.

Every client, what moved and what stalled, ready for your manager and AEs. Written from the record, not from memory.

Every active POC plotted by criteria met and days since the client last wrote. Top left is where to act first.

We’re opening SE Desk to a small number of SE teams first. Tell us about yours and we’ll be in touch when there’s a place.
